OSL executed a complete electrical, control and automation solution. After a detailed study about every aspect of the application the selection for the VFD was done. This drive was able to meet the required criteria and the cost-effective and maintenance-friendly equipment maximizes uptime while providing performance, functionality, flexibility and savings.
Our system included design, engineering, fabrication, factory testing and supply of Intelligent Motor Control Center panel for Load bank, Generators, DC Motors and High power motors.
We proposed a VNA with a Dielectric Assesment Kit (DAK) for characterization of liquid and thin-film material. To measure permittivity of material we are using SPEAG’s software to control and measure the data like reflection coefficient, Voltage Standing wave Ratio (VSWR) and Impedance of material.
There are four radial ribs to be controlled by single screen GUI based application software. Each radial rib consists of three PZT actuators along with displacement sensors to make it mechanically active and to measure the displacement respectively.
The electrical circuitry in automobile vehicles is very complex and contains large number of various electrical and electronic components and client needs to have analysis of different parameters and to observe the response of the circuit components in the form of signal or waveform.
The client needs inhouse calibration for their temperature and pressure transmitters. They were out sourcing these transmitters to calibrate till date, which was very costly for them.
In the preventive process of panel, thermal camera is used for thermography. Thermal camera creates an image by converting radiant heat energy into a signal that can be displayed on a monitor. The heat develops when any part of elements consumes more current or is faulty or short circuited.
The primary challenge was to develop an automated testing system which can communicate with test & measurement devices of different make using different protocols, different interfaces and by providing the hardware interlocks before DUT is connected to system.
Optimized solutions has developed a most favorable solution considering all primary requirements of client, as well as future possibility of TLED Performance Testing. Optimized solutions has designed an ATE for TLED Performance Testing so that user perform test multiple TLEDs simultaneously on single ATE.
The main challenge was to develop an Automated Test System which measures the information of actual voltage and current used by all the equipment of truck cabinet which holds the control of all automotive hardware and clusters of different meters and symbols, checking the harness of the full system.
The challenge was to replace this system with a new one which would give a better control over the system, which would reduce the wiring and have accurate results. The monitoring was also to be provided which will give the perfect picture and real time status of the wagon tippler and the Side arm charger.
OSL successfully installed and commissioned the Energy Management System as per the requirement and gave the customer the flexibility to develop in the field on energy monitoring and to store the data through wireless system.
The main challenge was to acquire real time complex I & Q data, separate the I & Q data and run CORDIC algorithm to find phase correction of I & Q data. DLLRF system acquire I and Q data from LLRF board and it extract the data using real time FPGA based modular RF DAQ module and modulation schemes defined in application software
Eight independent RF source having 2.5 MW power output at VSWR of 2.0 and Bandwidth of 2MHz and each source should be operated independently as well as in slave mode with synchronization with central control system.
We can get the display of mechanical parameters like motor efficiency, speed(RPM), torque and mechanical power, and electrical parameters like electrical power, power factor, Harmonics(THD) and Unbalance
OSL has given an data acquisition and control system which can generate the required signal to test device under test and fetch the signals generated during test operations. Fetched data will be analyzed in details by the application software and results along with pass-fail will be displayed to users.

The client needed a Machine Vision based automated test system for their production unit to inspect the manufactured glass items and reject the faulty item on the conveyer belt based assembly system.
Customer required high speed digitizer / Digital to analog or high speed deserializer and serializer modules. Flex Rio adaptor module provides an interface for de-serialization of the incoming data and feed it to FPGA board.

To improve their manufacturing quality, the client wanted to develop a portable, rugged equipment for industrial use, with longer battery life; Wheel End Tester (WET) which is an equipment that measures quality of the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) at the end line of manufacturing.
We built a system that provides a high speed execution of the tablet pressing so the production increases up to millions of tablet per hour. Also, the system can operate in reliable and safe manner after the high speed execution.

The key challenge for the application software is to integrate, control and monitor more than 350 instruments for a complete test chain. A user friendly GUI that must be easy to control all the test instrument, configure while test and monitor live test parameter from the single application software. Live test parameters should be displayed in table as well as graph mode. Safe shut down procedure must be implemented with audible alarm and popup displaying the cause of error in case of instrument fault.

Customer has multiple test facility with diverse set of instruments, sensors and all different type of measurement and control. As such they wanted to develop automated and integrated system to simultaneously conduct performance tests on multiple test facilities by acquiring data from different field sensors such as flow, pressure, temperature, torque, power, and sound and vibration, sound, generate control signals to start stop different instruments , control valve and power supplies and generate calibration test reports for different test using single user interface. The client had never outsourced a program to this degree before.Vibration measurement system developed for maintenance of the heavy instruments. System acquires the multipoint measurement of vibration & phase data, analysis of the vibration data like acceleration, velocity, displacement, envelope acceleration and phase difference between multiple points for motor shaft and bearing used in heavy instruments.
OSL delivered and implemented Energy management system on time and within allocated budget, providing the client with the ability to improve their operational efficiency. The solution was tested well over Five months and was highly appreciated by the client.
